Safe delivery is included in the price when you buy from Armadillo Safe and Vault. This is a curbside delivery. That means they unload it from the truck. The freight carrier is not responsible for the inside delivery of any freight. Inside delivery is not included in the Free Shipping. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to coordinate inside delivery of the freight. Curbside delivery means leaving the item on the nearest concrete curb. The shipping party will not deliver on dirt roads.
***Some remote rural areas, islands, toll bridge access areas, ferry tolls, etc. may be subject to additional charges. If charges apply the customer will be notified before shipping for approval. If your house is in a remote access location and has special delivery needs like requiring a specific type of truck, you will need to notify us when the purchase is made. White Glove Delivery Service
For an additional cost we cost we can arrange a White Glove Service that would include inside delivery. White glove service will unload and bring the item to the exact location you want it. These services are beneficial when items are too bulky or heavy for one person to move, if you live alone or don’t have anyone to help you place your item where you want it. Additionally, all packaging materials and garbage are removed from your home or business. Our regular White Glove service is for first floor deliveries, but we can also provide a personalized White Glove quote for your specific requirements.

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged and you have noted this damages on the shipping label, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 5% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual restocking fees and the original and return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Any returns not accompanied by a valid Return Authorization will not be accepted. All returns must be authorized within 15 days of order receipt. Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Customer would be responsible for shipping cost (back and forth) and restocking fees. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to process a return. Items not returned in perfect conditions or returned without original packaging and accessories are subject to additional restocking fees. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing your order and only after the item has been received back at the warehouse, and we have verified there are no damages
All RAM Game Room branded merchandise comes with a one year warranty against any manufacturer’s defects. RAM reserves the right to request suitable images of any warranty claim prior to the warranty being honored.
For all non-RAM branded merchandise, RAM will honor the warranty policy that the manufacturer has in place. If you are unclear of a particular manufacturer’s warranty, for which RAM distributes products, please request this from our customer service team or directly from the manufacturer.
Buyer’s remorse: If a product has been ordered and the product arrives in excellent working condition, and the request to return as is only as a result of personal preference, then we have two different options:
Option #1: We will send calls tags and make arrangements for the products to be picked up. Once the items are returned to our warehouse and are received in good working order and in their original packaging, we can issue a credit, less 25% re-stocking fee & the costs of shipping the item back to us.
Option #2: The customer can make the necessary arrangements to have the products shipped back to our warehouse. Once the items are returned to our warehouse and are received in good working order, in their original packaging, we can issue a credit for the item, less 25% re-stocking fee.
Unfortunately from time to time damages occur in the shipping process which is out of our control. Anytime damages occur during shipping please try and notify our customer service team within 48hrs so we can handle the issue as quickly as possible.
Courier Shipment Damage: We require that you send image(s) of the damaged item when you begin the replacement order process as we will need those images in order to have our claims processed. Images can be sent directly to customer service.
LTL (Pallet) Shipment Damage: It is VERY important that all LTL shipments are thoroughly inspected for any damages. If any shipment damages are evident such as hole punctures in cartons or more obvious damage they MUST be noted on the BOL (Bill of Lading) prior to signing the BOL (Bill of Lading). If there is not sufficient time for this process, we will need “subject to inspection” written beside your signature. This will greatly help our efforts in holding the carrier liable for the damages. Once this has been done please contact our customer service team right away to inform us of the damaged shipment.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within 30 days of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

- Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
- The item must be in stock on the competitors website
